The following is a hazardous weather outlook from the National Weather Service in Memphis for Wednesday afternoon into Wednesday night:
Strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible across the Mid-South Wednesday afternoon into Wednesday night.
Damaging winds, tornadoes, and large hail will be the main threats from the storms.
Locally heavy rainfall will also be possible which may lead to flash flooding.
Best chances for severe storms will occur across east-central Arkansas and northwest Mississippi.
