Health Department Confirms 2,713 Cases of COVID-19 in Madison County

The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department received positive test results for 34 more cases of COVID-19, according to a Tuesday morning news release from the department. There are now 2,713 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Madison County.

The newest confirmed cases include 10 males, 24 females, and range from ages 1 to 92.

The staff are reaching out to these individuals and people who had close contact with these cases.

Fourteen Madison County residents are currently hospitalized. None of those patients are on a ventilator.

The department also released the following demographic information about Madison County’s confirmed COVID-19 cases.
