Speaking from the Heart with Christy Futrell, Regional director of American Heart Association Marda Wallace, City Councilwoman District 7 and Board Member for AHA, is coordinating the 2021 West TN Women of Impact.

 This week, Heather chats with Kelly Christoferson. Kelly is the program director of The Read Team (formerly Arise 2 Read), which is now under United Way of West Tennessee.

She connects adult volunteers from our community who meet weekly with students one-on-one at their schools during school hours to work on sight word fluency and comprehension.
