We love the Bemis Bubble but the South Side Band has benefited from trips north of the Forked Deer River to perform with other JMCSS bands. Band director Mr. David Sinclair joins us to discuss the growth of fine arts, the impact of the Mass Band initiative on JMCSS, and what competition season has been like for the Marching Hawks. This morning we will visit with members of the madison academic soccer team Braden Nye, Donovan Pruitte and Kyle Korth. The mustangs won the class a state championship to cap off an undefeated season. Just as impressive are the academic accomplishments of the three student athletes we’ll speak with today.
