We love the Bemis Bubble but the South Side Band has benefited from trips north of the Forked Deer River to perform with other JMCSS bands. Band director Mr. David Sinclair joins us to discuss the growth of fine arts, the impact of the Mass Band initiative on JMCSS, and what competition season has been like for the Marching Hawks. This week we visit with our district’s Department of Innovation. We’ll share details of major investments Toyota Tennessee continues to provide JMCSS. We’ll also hear from a student representative of our Greenpower Electric Car racing team - as this program and others increases learning opportunities in Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics for our Middle and High School students.
