This week, Heather chats with Kelly Christoferson. Kelly is the program director of The Read Team (formerly Arise 2 Read), which is now under United Way of West Tennessee.

She connects adult volunteers from our community who meet weekly with students one-on-one at their schools during school hours to work on sight word fluency and comprehension.
