National Coffee with a Cop day is a day dedicated to encourage communication and positive interactions between law enforcement agencies and the public, according to a news release from the Jackson Police Department.
Coffee with a Cop brings police officers and the community members they serve together to discuss issues and learn more about each other.
Jackson Police Coffee with a Cop was freshly served at McDonald’s (N. Highland Ave). Talking with the citizens of Jackson, Tenn. and identifying problems, finding answers, and applying solutions are things that Jackson Police truly value.

Officers were also able to connect with citizens through the Coffee with a Cop event at Regency Retirement Village.
