Memphis-U.S. Marshal Tyreece Miller announces the arrest of Julian Netters for Murder and Aggravated Assault out of Gwinnett County, Georgia.
Shaquon Mckensey was shot and killed April 24, 2021, in Gwinnett County, Georgia,. Aan arrest warrant for murder was issued for Julian Netters for this crime May 1, 2021.
This fugitive case was adopted by the U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Task Force. The U.S. Marshals Two Rivers Violent Fugitive Task Force was brought into the investigation.
The fugitive was tracked to a residence at the 2500 block of Jeffries Cove, Memphis, Tennessee. Assisting the Task Force was the Shelby County Fugitive Apprehension Team and a Shelby County K-9 unit. Julian Netters was taken into custody without incident.
Josiah Netters, who had a warrant for Carjacking out of Gwinnett County, Georgia, was also arrested at the residence. In addition to Julian and Josiah Netters, Chanty Netters-Brown was also arrested at the residence and faces a charge of Accessory After The Fact.
Deaivan Netters is still at large. He also has a warrant for Murder and Aggravated Assault for the shooting death of Shaquon Mckensey out of Gwinnett County, Georgia. Investigators with both Task Forces are working diligently to apprehend this fugitive.
“The U.S. Marshals Service does not stop until the job is finished,” said Marshal Miller.
