Health Department Confirms Cumulative Total of 10,912 Cases of COVID-19 in Madison County

 The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department received positive test results for seven more cases of COVID-19, according to a Tuesday morning news release from the department. There is now a cumulative total of 10,912 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Madison County.

The newest confirmed cases range from ages 11 to 65.

The department’s epidemiology staff are reaching out to these individuals and people who had close contact with these cases.

Four Madison County residents are currently hospitalized. Two of those patients are on a ventilator.

The department released the following demographic information about Madison County’s confirmed COVID-19 cases.
