The #Ready311 App is now available for Jackson, Tenn., according to a Facebook post by the City of Jackson, Tenn. Government.
Ready 311 allows users within the city limits to report different issues including code violations, garbage/litter/bulky pickup, leaf pickup, potholes, parks, animal, right-of-way mowing, sidewalk damage, sight obstructions, street drainage/stormwater, street lighting, traffic signals, traffic signs, tree/vegetation, website, and zoning or land use violations.
