Madison County Remains At 177 Confirmed COVID-19 Cases, Health Dept. Says

The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department received test results for 177 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Madison County, according to a Thursday morning news release from the department.

The release said the department’s epidemiology staff are reaching out to people who had close contact with these cases.

Two Madison County residents are currently hospitalized with COVID-19, with one of those patients on a ventilator.

The release said 159 Madison County residents have recovered from COVID-19 and four people say they are feeling better.

The department also released the following demographic information about Madison County’s confirmed COVID-19 cases.
