East Elementary School Principal Dr. Amanda Brabham always knew she wanted to work in education, but service in the military has played a special role in her reaching her goals and becoming a remarkable school leader. That discussion, plus we'll visit with a pair of recent North Side graduates who are adjusting to life in college. This is Episode Six!

This week, we’ll provide an update on the Malesus STEM Innovation Center - which is scheduled to open for middle school students in August. Our Chief Innovation Officer Dr. Teresa McSweeney will join us to provide renovation details, information about the STEM classes that will be offered, and exciting info about the Toyota Engineering, Manufacturing & Mechatronics Institute.

Today we’ll visit with Principal Jennifer Ballard, lead administrator at Liberty Technology High School, plus a pair of Liberty Tech students will share their experiences with us as Liberty offers one of the most robust high school options in Madison County.
