The National Weather Service in Memphis said Wednesday morning that “the severe weather threat has been upgraded to an Enhanced Risk (3/5) for the majority of the Mid-South today and tonight. The main reason for the upgrade is that the tornado threat has increased. Please be prepared, not scared.”
