Two Madison County Convenience Centers to Close Monday, Oct. 18, for Repairs

The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department will close the Pipkin Road and Airport Madison County Solid Waste Convenience Centers on Monday, Oct. 18, 2021 for repairs.

The Pipkin Road site, located at 21 Overpass View, will close Monday for electrical and lighting repairs.

The Airport site, located at 360 Smith Lane, will close Monday afternoon for lighting repairs.

Both sites will reopen for household trash collection Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2021. The health department will make an announcement if that reopening date changes.

Madison County residents can use any of the other convenience centers located in Madison County to dispose of household waste. Find a list of those sites at https://www.madisoncountytn.gov/183/Solid-Waste.

Attendants will also be on site to answer questions and reroute citizens to the next closest convenience center.
