The following is a hazardous weather outlook from the National Weather Service in Memphis:
A few strong to severe storms are possible on Friday across portions of West Tennessee, Northeast Arkansas, and the Missouri Bootheel.
Some damaging winds/gusts appear to be the main threat mainly during the late afternoon/evening hours, NWS said.
