An Independence Day Celebration and Flag Retirement Ceremony will be held at 9 a.m., Friday, July 2, at the VFW Post 6496. The post is located at 285 Airways Blvd., in Jackson, Tenn.
The public is invited to this free program.
The keynote speaker will be Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.) Joseph Lane, whose message is entitled, “Have We Lost the Red, White and Blue?”
