Madison County Sheriff John Mehr is asking the public to be on the lookout for an escape inmate, according to a news release. Jackson Police are assisting in trying to locate the escaped inmate.
Inmate Jacob Oliver walked away from a litter crew in the Lester’s Chapel and Old Pinson Road area at 10:08 Tuesday morning.
Oliver is a 27 year old white male, from Jackson. He has brown hair, is 6 feet and 3 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds and is serving misdemeanor charges.
