The public is invited to Henderson Arts Commission’s summer membership drive — An Elegant Evening with the Symphony on the Move by the Jackson Symphony Thursday June 24, 2021. The pre-show reception will begin at 5:30 p.m., and the program is scheduled for 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. It will be held in Chapel Hall of Freed-Hardeman University’s Old Main Administration Building at 158 East Main St. in Henderson.
Attendees are encouraged to dress up and enjoy delicious hors d’oeuvres from a Besso’s Coffee grazing table and smooth Brazilian jazz with vocal and instrumental performances.
Admission is $25 for adults and free for children 10 and younger accompanied by a paying adult. Paid admission covers the reception and performance, in addition to one individual’s HAC membership fee for the year.
