Health Department Confirms Cumulative Total of 11,454 Cases of COVID-19 in Madison County

The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department received positive test results for four more case of COVID-19, according to a Friday morning news release from the department. There is now a cumulative total of  11,454 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Madison County.

The newest confirmed cases range from ages 27 to 60.

The department’s epidemiology staff are reaching out to these individuals and people who had close contact with these cases.

Three Madison County residents are currently hospitalized. One of those patients is on a ventilator.

The department also released the following demographic information about Madison County’s confirmed COVID-19 cases.
