Health Department Confirms Cumulative Total of 11,396 Cases of COVID-19 in Madison County

The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department received positive test results for four more case of COVID-19. according to a Tuesday morning news release from the department. We now have 11,396 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Madison County.

The newest confirmed cases range from ages 2 to 40.

The department’s epidemiology staff are reaching out to these individuals and people who had close contact with these cases.

One Madison County resident is currently hospitalized. That patient is not on a ventilator.

The department just released the following demographic information about Madison County’s confirmed COVID-19 cases.
