Health Department Confirms Cumulative Total of 11,101 Cases of COVID-19 in Madison County

The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department received positive test results for four more cases of COVID-19, according to a Thursday morning news release from the department. There is now a cumulative total of 11,101 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Madison County.

The newest confirmed cases range from ages 3 to 73.

The department’s epidemiology staff are reaching out to these individuals and people who had close contact with these cases.

Four Madison County residents are currently hospitalized. None of those patients are on ventilators.

The department released the following demographic information about Madison County’s confirmed COVID-19 cases.
