The 6th Annual Cowboy Canter 5K/1 Mile Walk benefiting Redemption Road rescue will be held Saturday, April 17, according to a flyer. The event will be held at The Lift Wellness Center, located at 101 Jackson Walk Plaza, Jackson, Tenn. The Cowboy Canter is the first qualifier in the West TN Race series.
Registration begins at 8 a.m. and the run/walk starts at 9 a.m.
There is a $30 entry and the first 100 people who pre-register by Friday, April 2 will receive a race T-shirt. You can register by going to http://bit.ly/6thCowboyCanter.
There will be medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place per male and female age groups.
The flyer says you can bring the whole family and dogs too for a fun morning.
