The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department is now scheduling COVID-19 vaccine appointments for Madison County residents aged 16 and older as well as individuals included in all phases.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to receive their COVID-19 vaccine.
Madison County residents aged 16 and older can schedule an appointment to receive their COVID-19 vaccine online at www.madisoncountytn.gov. Individuals who do not have internet access can call the COVID-19 Vaccine Appointment Line at 1-888-796-8894. If residents have questions about their appointment or trouble scheduling one, please call the appointment line.
Appointments will be issued in 30 minute increments. Residents can show up at the designated distribution location to receive their COVID-19 vaccine at any point during their allotted time. Please bring a valid ID.
