The Jackson Police Department is searching for a suspect involved in catalytic converter thefts, according to a Thursday morning news release from JPD.
The release stated that between 4 a.m. and 6 a.m. March 10, a suspect went into Quality Auto Service Center, 763 Old Hickory Blvd., and cut off nine catalytic converters.
The suspect is seen walking from the business at 6 a.m., carrying a crate with the converters. Shortly after, the suspect vehicle, a burgundy Chevy Tahoe with tinted windows and black wheels, is seen leaving the area.
