Solid waste convenience centers in Madison County will stay open one hour later starting Monday, Feb. 1, 2021, according to a news release from the Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department.
All convenience centers will stay open until 6 p.m. February through October. Convenience centers close at 5 p.m. November through January.
“We do this during the time change for the safety of citizens and attendants,” Environmental Health Program Director Candy Overstreet said.
