Jackson Equity Project (JEP), a nonprofit and nonpartisan organization that advocates for equity and justice for marginalized, disenfranchised, and oppressed people living in our community, is seeking sponsors for its Fall Semester Teacher Appreciation event.
JEP Education Committee is asking for donations including candy, teacher supplies, notes, or other goodies. Donations will need to be dropped off at its West Jackson United Way office. Donations will need to receive no later than November 16th.
JEP will kick off distributing the baskets Thursday, November 19th at 9:00 am at the Jackson Madison County School District office.
