The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department received positive test results for 26 more cases of COVID-19, according to a Monday morning news release from the department. There are now 3,061 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Madison County.
The newest confirmed cases include 13 males, 13 females, and range from ages 10 months to 95.
The department’s epidemiology staff are reaching out to these individuals and people who had close contact with these cases.
Four Madison County residents are currently hospitalized. None of those patients are on a ventilator.
