Jackson Police Chief Julian Wiser promoted three officers of the Jackson Police Department to the rank of sergeant Friday, according to a news release from the Jackson Police Department. Officer Chris King, Investigator Robert Groves, and Officer Lance Wright were each promoted to the rank of sergeant in the Patrol Division.
Also promoted, but not pictured was Investigator Karrie Hart, the release said. Hart was promoted to the rank of sergeant over the Internet Crimes Against Children Division.
