39 New Cases Reported in Madison County, 1,925 Cumulative Cases of COVID-19

The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department received positive test results for 39 more cases of COVID-19, according to a Thursday morning news release from the department. There are now 1,925 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Madison County.

The newest confirmed cases include 10 males, 29 females, and range from ages 11 to 101.

The department’s epidemiology staff are reaching out to these individuals and people who had close contact with these cases.

Twenty-two Madison County residents are currently hospitalized. Two of those patients are on a ventilator.

The department released the following demographic information about Madison County’s confirmed COVID-19 cases.
