
There were 505 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Tennessee reported as of 2 p.m. Sunday, according to the Tennessee Department of Health’s website. But, as of 3 p.m. Monday, the Department of Health reported that number had grown by 110, to 615 confirmed COVID-19 cases.
The TN Dept. of Health State Public Health Laboratory reported Monday afternoon that it has completed 983 tests, with 911 testing negative and 72 testing positive. All other commercial and private laboratories reported 543 tested positive, with no other data (tests completed and negative tests) available.
Those 472 who have tested positive are from 46 different counties in Tennessee, while 89 are from outside Tennessee and 54 are unknown, stats from the Health Department show. Davidson County has the highest confirmed cases with 164 reported, 93 in Shelby County, 53 in Williamson County and 34 confirmed cases in Sumner County.
